We hold as little about you as we can, use it only for the reason you gave it to us, and delete it when you ask.
Who we are
This website is run by BAUfabrique, Navi Mumbai, which also runs the BAUfabrique paraACADEMY. For anything in this policy, write to hello@baufabrique.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site:
- Mailing list: your email address.
- "Notify me" on a programme: your email address and which programme you asked about.
- Contact, institution enquiry and course proposal forms: your name, email address and what you wrote, along with any organisation, course or timing details you chose to give.
With each form we also record the date and the page it was sent from. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Bookings
Bookings and payments are made on Urbanaut, not on this site. Your booking and payment details are held by Urbanaut under its own privacy policy. Where Urbanaut passes us the participant details we need to run a programme, such as names and contact details, we use them only for that.
How we use it
To do what you asked: send the newsletter, tell you when a programme's dates are announced, or reply to your message, enquiry or proposal. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to the mailing list unless you joined it yourself.
Where it is kept
Form entries are stored in a private Google Sheet that only BAUfabrique can open, through Google's services. The site itself is hosted by Hostinger. Both act on our behalf and may store data on servers outside India.
How long we keep it
Mailing list addresses stay until you unsubscribe. "Notify me" addresses are kept until the programme's dates are announced and we have written to you. Messages, enquiries and proposals are kept for as long as the conversation is useful, and no longer than two years after it ends.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to being contacted. To leave the mailing list, just write to us. We will act on your request within thirty days. These are your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and we extend them to everyone, wherever they live.
Cookies and your browser
The site sets no cookies. The calendar remembers whether you prefer the list or grid view, saved only in your own browser. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your browser asks Google's servers for them, as it does on most websites.
Children
Our forms are meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to get in touch for you.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will appear here with a new date.
